    Job Title: Head of Data & Tech

    Job Description:

    As the Head of Data & Tech, your main goal is to lead innovation and evolution in the data and technology field for both dentsuX and the agency's clients. You will guide and support clients in various projects, identifying their needs and opportunities for the company and its brands.

    Your objective is to design and implement the roadmap for each client, understanding industry needs and providing relevant solutions to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and advertising actions for the agency's clients.

    You will actively contribute to developing and integrating data and technology solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the data and technology strategy of dentsuX in alignment with both the global dentsuX network and the local dentsu group.
    • Actively participate in developing in-house data products and solutions or in partnership with advertising technology companies.
    • Collaborate closely with account teams and digital specialists in the data and technology project strategy for agency clients, leading and coordinating the different teams and partners involved in these projects.
    • Guide dentsuX clients in developing their data strategy, leading the development and implementation of data and technology projects linked to marketing and advertising strategies. Collaborate and coordinate the extensive ecosystem of client partners and internal teams.
    • Propose, develop, and oversee data projects, actively contributing to structuring client data and connecting it with different sources and platforms.
    • Manage platform and tool integration: Lead the design and implementation of ad tech solutions to integrate and synchronize data from multiple sources and providers and connect them with different advertising platforms to activate campaigns at scale.
    • Lead projects integrating Value Based Bidding strategies and Customer Data Activation.
    • Implement and monitor measurement projects, such as pixel installation and configuration, analytics tools, and measurement systems.
    • Lead innovation and evolution in the data and technology field for both dentsuX and the agency's clients.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Adtech and at least 2 years as a data and technology lead in advertising sector companies.
    • Deep knowledge of the advertising industry and tracking of key changes, such as the shift to a 'Cookieless' world and the growing importance of first-party data.
    • Demonstrated experience in web measurement and analytics tools (Google/Adobe), understanding of the measurement ecosystem.
    • Solid knowledge and experience in Adtech: understanding of major players (Google, Meta, Amazon), technological platforms (DSP, SSP...), data management platforms (CDP, data clean rooms...), data providers, and addressability ID solutions.
    • Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and matrixed teams, with a strong capability to set a clear direction and ensure project progression and development.
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in English at a professional level.
