- Responsabilizarse de la coordinación del equipo de desarrollo, asignando a los miembros del mismo las actividades a realizar en cada proyecto de desarrollo, mantenimiento y mejora de las soluciones de Centribal; definir sus objetivos y hacer seguimiento de su desempeño.
- Entender la funcionalidad requerida y realizar el diseño técnico para ejecutar el desarrollo.
- Asegurar que los miembros del equipo disponen de las herramientas, metodologías de trabajo y los conocimientos necesarios para el correcto desempeño de sus funciones y la consecución de los objetivos establecidos
- Supervisar el área de sistemas y DevOps, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de la infraestructura de las aplicaciones de la compañía, para que los productos que construimos tengan la máxima calidad.
- Liderar la implantación, seguimiento y mejora de las metodologías de proyecto, los procesos y procedimientos técnicos, así como impulsar el uso de buenas prácticas en el desarrollo del código.
- Prestar soporte técnico en los proceso de puesta en marcha y ejecución de proyectos para los clientes de la compañía.
- Investigar nuevas tecnologías, funcionalidades y/o mejoras disruptivas que puedan ser incluidas en las soluciones.
- Establecer los requisitos de los productos y servicios en materia de seguridad, incluyendo los requisitos de interoperabilidad, accesibilidad y disponibilidad.
- Trabajar de forma estrechamente coordinada con los equipos de operaciones, marketing y ventas para garantizar una ejecución efectiva de los proyectos y la plena satisfacción del cliente
