Your 'day to day'

The Team Lead PoS visibility and activation reporting to the Sr Team Lead Trade Marketing and Engagement develops and maintains a solid trade platform for our brands among our customers.

You will be responsible to define and implement the visibility and communication tools at point-of-sale level for the different activations.

Excel in execution and implementation of the actions defined to support commercial initiatives, always looking for a consumer centric and omni channel approach.
Always innovating and moving forward towards excellence, taking brand activations to the next level.
Develop of the team assigned.
Coordinate consumer marketing strategies and execute them.
Ensure an optimal collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Planning, promoting and implementing product and sales promotions, creating permanent POS materials and merchandising solutions.
Follow up and analyze projects' performance, proposing action plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the proposed goals.
Lead and monitor external agencies providing support services.
Control and forecast process of the budget assigned.

Who we're looking for

University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any other relevant degree.
57 years of experience. Experience in FMCG companies is a plus.
Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1).
People oriented and leading skills. Experience managing teams would be a plus.
Strong collaborator and team player.
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI skills is a plus.
Analytical and critical mindset.
Proactive and goaloriented person.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Creative mindset looking for business opportunities and problem solving.
Availability to relocate to Gran Canaria.
