    Job description

    In this critical role, you won't just be a cog in the machine—you'll be the grease that keeps it running smoothly. Partner directly with senior leadership to pinpoint areas where technology can make us faster, leaner, and more effective. Your mandate is to strategize, plan, and deploy technology-enhanced solutions that boost operational efficiency at the local level, all while aligning with our broader global objectives. You'll tackle a variety of challenges that require creative problem-solving and technical acumen, driving initiatives that contribute to measurable gains in productivity and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning:

  • Work with senior leaders to build an actionable roadmap focused on efficiency gains.
  • Identify key areas for improvement and set practical milestones.

    • P roject Management:

  • Manage projects from concept to implementation.
  • Ensure alignment across departments to meet organizational targets.

    • Process Optimization:

  • Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies.
  • Apply tech solutions and lean methodologies to boost operational efficiency.

    • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Gather input from teams to refine requirements and outcomes.
  • Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

    • Performance Monitoring:

  • Report on progress in monthly steering committee meetings.
  • Utilize KPIs to measure the success of efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide concise reports to senior management.

    • Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Prior project management experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with tech tools and process optimization methods.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
