Job description:


As a Commercial Legal Intern, you will have the great opportunity to join a multi-cultural team specialized in commercial law.


You will mainly focus on drafting and negotiating business contracts and related documents in EMEA countries, giving support in a wide variety of legal domains such as Business licenses, Intellectual property rights, litigation, and more.

You will report directly to the Commercial Legal Manager, and you will be part of a global team.


What are the key responsibilities?

  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, and review, a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to sales and procurement contracts, service contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs. Ensure that all contracts align with the company's legal and business objectives.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support decisionmaking and legal strategies. Provide legal advice on complex issues in commercial law.
  • Dispute Resolution: Assist the commercial team, in its daytoday management and resolution of legal disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments and teams, including sales, and procurement, to provide legal guidance and ensure that business objectives are met while minimizing legal risks.


  • Training: Participation in the preparation and organization of internal legal training on specific topics and general onboarding.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Law with a focus on commercial law, business law, or ITrelated matters.
  • First experience acquired in a law firm or in a company in relation with commercial matters, digital or IT.
  • C2 (Proficient): Nearnative or nativelevel fluency in French is mandatory.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Adaptive to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated.
