Mission:


  • The mission of the executive assistant is to provide highlevel administrative support to executives, managers, or other professionals within an organization. The primary goal is to enhance the executive's efficiency and effectiveness by managing their administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and handling various responsibilities, allowing the executive to focus on strategic and highpriority activities. The executive assistant serves as a crucial link between the executive and other team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:


  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, travel itineraries and events for C-Level Executives
  • Coordinating executive communications, including inbound and outbound communication and interfacing with clients and business partners
  • Maintaining complex filing systems and databases, document review and preparation
  • Preparing, editing and distributing presentation materials
  • Administration of executive expense reports
  • Planning and managing for regular board meetings, inhouse or offsite activities, including parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
  • Perform administrative tasks, claimmonitoring of issues, preparation of rooms.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, in particular)
  • Knowledge Google WorkSpace would be an advantage
  • High Degree of authonomy
  • Native or procficiency level of English
  • More than 5 year's experience in a similar role
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding English communication skills written and verbal (multilingual a plus)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
