- Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

About the location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.
About the role :
The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail , ensur ing the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting into the Head Chef.
