Job Description Summary:
Assistant responsibilities include supporting all Operation & Maintenance function.

Provide support for all business activities including business operation systems, delegated HR management, information systems, financial and budgetary affairs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with compiling information and data for reports on audits, budgets, plans etc. Generate reports and graphs as needed;
  • Support O&M function on all HR matters
  • Support Department on all administrative work
  • Maintain accounting controls by following internal controls
  • Prepare special HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Responsible for the compilation of letters, internal memos, and other communication with employees, vendors, customers, and business associates

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • Languages: working efficiency English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Work style: in presence work at the Barcelona office is required with flexibility of remote work
