Job Title:
Sales Executive Support- Location: Barcelona- Hours: 40 Hours per week- Salary: Competitive salary

What is the role of the Sales Executive Support:

To provide Sales support to the Sales Director and the sales department of Cashzone Portugal in coordination with Operations, Marketing & Legal & FSC; and provide administrative services when needed to support the daily business.

The role includes, but is not restricted to, the following work-related deliverables.

Summary of duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales team in Portugal, launching the campaigns to create new deals and customers.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer, account statuses and relevant problems in Portugal.
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators for Portugal.
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • Keep record of sales trends
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Suggest sales process improvements.
What will I need to succeed as the Sales Executive Support:

  • Fluent in Portuguese language is a must.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
  • High levels of expertise in office technologies including Microsoft Office and Excel, collaboration tools, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Teamwork and motivational skills.
  • BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in relevant field a plus.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills at all levels in Spanish & Portuguese.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience on Sales Support roles in Multinational environment.
  • Very personable and a great team player, with strong communication skills to facilitate excellent working relationships with teams in Spain and Portugal and at all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly organised to proactively plan for the needs of the Sales Director, with enough confidence to be able to manage upwards.
  • Highly customer focussed but able to manage expectations with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of practices of office management.-
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of integrity.
