The Finance Business Partner ("FBP") is responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as driving commercial and operational value in the business by supporting strategic initiatives and influencing decisions.

It's a big job You are a self-starter and work extremely autonomous. Crucially to be an expert in reporting data and providing insights.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Investor reporting
  • As part of month end process, work closely with Yugo Finance Managers and Operations to ensure financial performances for properties in the Spain and Germany regions are reported accurately and on time to investors.
  • Planning
  • Liaise and coordinate with Yugo Operations to provide support and challenge in the preparation of budget for each property as part of the annual planning process, reforecasts, and budget for new properties as part of the mobilisation process.
  • Analysis
  • Produce reactive and proactive analysis to provide insights into property performance.
  • Business partnering
  • Act as primary interface into Finance for the business, as well as business advocate within Finance, to lead crossfunctional collaboration and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Support the development and monitoring of business performance measures to identify gaps against agreed targets and KPIs, ensuring transparency of business actions and supporting course correction.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decision making process. Challenge Yugo Operations on their spend on limited resources available on the most profitable projects or initiatives to achieve Opex and Capex optimization.
  • Support the implementation of Yugo group strategies, considering regional adaptation where required
  • Transformation and business changes
  • Participate in relevant projects for finance and business processes optimization. Support mobilisation of new properties or disposal of existing properties where required

  • Qualified Accountant, with 5+ PQE

  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and German
