- Undergraduate degree or master's degree
- 8+ years of work experience in Salesforce development projects ( Visual Force, Apex, LWC...)
- Aptitude: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Software Architecture
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, Data Architect
- Deep experience in the design and development of complex SW architectures
- Technical leadership in all phases of the project, including diagnostics to ensure the design of impactful and scalable solutions over time for any type of industry/business process
- Design, development and integration of impactful and scalable solutions over time for any type of industry/business process
- Mastery of the platform and solid knowledge of other SW and Architectures that allows him/her to identify synergies and/or risks with the integration of other client solutions and to manage it proactively
- Accustomed to interaction and involvement with/of the client in each phase of the project; guiding, accompanying and involving him/her in the decisions and/or proposals that ensure the success of the project
- Strong team leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving and client facing skills; ability to quickly process complex information and evolving entrepreneurial capabilities
