We are looking for a "
_Platforms Academy Trainer_" who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company.


TASKS:


  • Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
  • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
  • Conceptualize training materials related to our Development Platform
  • Communicate training needs and online resources.
  • Create and maintain training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
  • Test and review created materials.
  • Conduct training through new materials.
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
  • Elaborate and send satisfaction surveys and interviews.

SKILLS:


  • 3 years of experience as a trainer or related position, focusing on IT related trainings.
  • Experience with technologies and best practices around CI/CD platforms and the Atlassian stack.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to gather feedback from trainees and pass it to relevant stakeholders to adapt offering.

SCHEDULE:


  • 08h/09h17h/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
  • 4 days by remote | 1 day onsite.
