    Ecolab healthcare division is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join their team. This pivotal role is at the forefront of delivering cleaner, safer, and healthier environments for our valued hospital clients. The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the Healthcare Marketing Team, requiring a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

    Job Characteristics:

    This position is highly collaborative and visible across various functions. The ideal candidate will lead the execution of the Healthcare Europe marketing strategy, demonstrating exceptional communication, collaboration, and customer-centric problem-solving skills. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support sales growth, retention, and profitability of the healthcare division through strategic planning and marketing programs.
    • Develop deep customer and market insights, staying updated on industry trends and communicating opportunities to the team.
    • Drive comprehensive solutions for targeted segments within the healthcare sector.
    • Contribute to short and long-term digital marketing strategy and execution.
    • Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network for specific segments.
    • Collaborate with key functions such as Sales, Finance, R&D, and Scientific Marketing.
    • Travel up to 25% for face-to-face customer interactions and team support.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Professional marketing experience in the healthcare sector
    • Experience in a matrix environment
    • Fluency in English and Spanish

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Preferred work location in Barcelona, Spain
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in matrix organizations
    • Team leadership and motivational skills
    • Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities
    • Experience with customer-facing presentations and sales
    • CRM experience is a plus
