    Como EHS Manager, serás responsable de liderar la EHS en la Cadena de Suministro en la Europa Continental a través de 6 Depósitos, más de 20 Proveedores Logísticos y Áreas de Entrega en tiendas en 14 mercados. Definirás planes tácticos para cumplir los objetivos generales de EHS, serás un contribuyente clave a la Estrategia de EHS de la Cadena de Suministro y la entrega del programa "Seguro Hoy, Seguro Mañana" de Primark. Establecerás asociaciones poderosas con Stakeholders de la Cadena de Suministro y Retail, EHS de Retail (en el mercado), operadores de terceros de depósitos y transporte para ofrecer excelencia en EHS.

    Lo que Harás

    En tu rol, colaborarás con diferentes personas de diversas habilidades. Aquí tienes un vistazo de tu día a día:

    • Ser el punto inicial de escalada para EHS en la Cadena de Suministro en Europa Continental y proporcionar información EHS en la gestión de crisis cuando sea necesario.
    • Apoyar en la investigación de incidentes graves, identificando la causa raíz, compartiendo ampliamente lecciones aprendidas y apoyando la finalización de acciones correctivas.
    • Recopilar datos (predictivos, históricos) para cumplir con los requisitos internos de Primark y de ABF plc (empresa matriz). Realizar análisis de tendencias y proporcionar orientación para mejorar.
    • Colaboración empresarial de EHS de 6 depósitos (operados por terceros en España, Países Bajos, Alemania, República Checa).
    • Desarrollar relaciones con terceros relevantes en Entrada (contenedores), Salida (hacia y desde la tienda) y Control Tower (de depósito a depósito).

    • Un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en EHS con exposición a la alta dirección.
    • Una calificación en un campo de EHS a nivel de grado o Diploma NEBOSH.
    • Conocimiento de la legislación de EHS europea.
    • Flexibilidad para viajar a las ubicaciones relevantes en persona según lo requiera el rol.
    • Experiencia en Construcción / Automatización / DGSA / estándares de vehículos ventajosa.
