¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?
El/La candidato/a seleccionado/a perteneciendo al departamento de Control de Calidad, tendrá como principal misión: garantizar que los acabados y los semielaborados salgan al mercado cumpliendo los estándares de calidad definidos en el departamento.
Para ello, sus principales tareas, funciones y responsabilidades en su día a día, serán:Control realización de las operaciones de limpieza y saneamiento de las líneas de envasado.
Verificación cumplimiento normativa GMP en el envasado y/o acondicionado de los productos: etiquetaje, peso, análisis físicos, entro otros.
Muestreo, análisis y dictamen de los productos acabados y semielaborados realizados en planta y de los recibidos de proveedores.
Mantenimiento del archivo de estándares y muestreoteca, de los registros y la emisión informes diarios y mensuales (PPA, AOQ, NCP, Terceros).
Adecuar y cumplir, los requerimientos en cuanto GMP/GLP, seguridad y medioambiente.Formar e informar a las nuevas incorporaciones, referente al trabajo de la sección.
Comunicar cualquier incidente, tanto en el producto como en el trabajo, al responsable superior.
Asimismo, se encargará del muestreo, análisis y dictamen de componentes, acabados y semielaborados en el proveedor o almacén.
