In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Casino games vertical, contributing to its growth and success. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations, optimizing customer experience, and driving business outcomes. Your dedication and expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our position as a leading player in the online casino games betting industry.

As our Casino Games Executive, you will ensure our on/off-site casino content is relevant, accurate, and up to-date across all 5 brands is paramount. This involves monitoring and reporting on gaming content adherence to regulatory requirements, analyzing KPIs, betting activity, and game stickiness, while also identifying potential risks and opportunities. Daily analysis of risk reports helps in identifying risk areas and mitigating potential losses while suggesting improvements to existing risk management strategies. Collaboration with the Risk Prevention and Fraud department aids in identifying and preventing casino-related fraud. Additionally, handling customer service queries related to casino operations and managing different types of casino customers are essential tasks.

Also, you will contribute to the development and improvement of casino promotional tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes collaborating with teams such as CRM, Content, and Marketing to assist with tasks related to casino game activity, promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. You will do this by profiling and managing different types of casino customers based on their preferences, behaviours, and risk profiles, the casino experience can be tailored to individual needs.

Overall, ensuring the smooth operation of casino activities requires a comprehensive approach that addresses content relevance, regulatory compliance, risk management, customer service, and promotional strategies.

• Fluent professional level of English (Spanish is a plus) to ensure clear communication within the team
• Prior experience in an online gambling environment, demonstrating a solid background in casino betting operations
• Strong passion for casino games and betting, with a deep understanding of the lifecycle and intricacies of an online casino game
• Knowledge or experience in the Spanish market, providing valuable insights and expertise
