    En CHINA - parte de LLYC, buscamos un/a HEAD OF ART con más de 10 años de experiencia en agencia creativa y ese puntito de obsesión por el diseño, el craft y las buenas ideas.

    La intención es que te responsabilices de elevar la calidad en el craft del trabajo que salga de la agencia.

    Además, tendrás un rol inspirador para que el resto del equipo pueda aprender de ti y seguir creciendo.

    Si tienes experiencia como Director/a de Arte Senior y crees que estás preparado para dar el salto, quizás seas la persona perfecta para el puesto.


    ¿QUÉ HARÁS?

    • Crear y potenciar la mejor forma de representar visualmente las ideas.
    • Entender las necesidades del cliente para desarrollar un enfoque y estilo artístico.
    • Identificar y proponer el tipo de talento externo que cada proyecto en el que estés involucrado necesite.
    • Revisar y aprobar diseños, fotografías y assets gráficos.
    • Liderar la creación de universos visuales en los nuevos negocios.

    ¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS?

    • Experiencia acreditada +3 años como Head of Art.
    • Experiencia previa acreditada + 8 años como Director/a de Arte Senior.
    • Nivel de castellano nativo o equivalente a C1.
    • Dominio de la Suite de Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) o Si tienes conocimientos de edición de video, motion graphics, herramientas de IA o 3D será un gran plus.
    • Curiosidad e inquietud por estar al día de tendencias de diseño y publicidad.
    • Pasión por el branding.
    • Que residas en Madrid o estés dispuesto a mudarte. o No podemos ofrecer visado en esta ocasión.

    ¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?

    • Contrato indefinido.
    • Modelo híbrido de teletrabajo. o Mañanas en la oficina y tardes donde te sientas más cómodo.
    • Flexibilidad horaria. o Horario de Lunes a jueves de 9:30-18:30. Viernes de 9:00 a 15:00hrs. o Jornada intensiva durante los meses de julio y agosto (8:00-15:00).
    • Retribución flexible (tarjeta restaurante, cheques guardería, seguro médico y transporte).
    • 22 días de vacaciones de libre elección más 4 fijos de diciembre, el último viernes de enero y el día de tu cumpleaños)
    • Remuneración acorde a la experiencia
