    Responsabilidades

    Buscamos a un/a profesional, dinámico/a y creativo/a, para ocupar la posición de Marketing and Communications Manager. Si tienes pasión por las marcas y excelentes habilidades de comunicación, este puesto es para ti

    Serás responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar planes de marketing y comunicación para aumentar la visibilidad y el reconocimiento tanto de la marca FERGUS Group como de FERGUS Hotels, incluyendo:

    1. Redes Sociales: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para aumentar la presencia y notoriedad en las redes sociales, supervisando agencias externas para la creación de contenido, programación de publicaciones, interacción con la comunidad y atención al cliente.

    2. Relaciones Públicas: Apoyar la estrategia de comunicación del Grupo de la mano de la agencia de comunicación, desarrollando acciones y coordinando eventos que generen una cobertura mediática positiva.

    3. Gestión de Contenidos: Crear y distribuir contenido escrito y audiovisual relevante y atractivo para diferentes canales, tanto de consumidor como corporativos (propietarios/as, inversores/as, TTOO y Agentes de Viaje, etc.).

    4. Análisis de Datos: Analizar métricas y datos de rendimiento para evaluar la efectividad de las acciones realizadas en sus áreas de responsabilidad, y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario.

    5. Gestión del presupuesto: control del presupuesto de marketing para garantizar un retorno de la inversión óptimo.

    Requisitos

  • Profesional de +5 años de experiencia en puestos similares o en agencias
  • Estudios Universitarios en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, Marketing o ADE.
  • Se valorará conocimientos y experiencia en la industria hotelera.
  • Capacidad de análisis para proponer acciones y planes fundamentados en información y enfocados a la mejora de la experiencia del cliente.
  • Destreza para identificar oportunidades y encontrar soluciones efectivas y creativas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y de relación para trabajar en equipo.
  • Flexibilidad para enfrentar con optimismo y proactividad nuevos desafíos en un entorno dinámico.
  • Se requiere fluidez en inglés y español.Lo que buscamos
