- Experiencia y conocimiento técnico de la Industria Farmacéutica, Nutricional y/o Sanitaria en el mercado local inlcuyendo productos, decisores de las CCAA, KOLs y competidores.
- Desarrollarás, en las CCAA responsables, la implementación de proyectos transversales, trabajando el concepto de Valor (con foco en los aspectos clínicos y económicos) capturando aquellas oportunidades detectadas en la prestación de dietoterápicos.
- Serás responsable de la coordinación y ejecución en el campo, así como de maximizar el rendimiento, de los proyectos relacionados con las áreas de enfoque de la compañía.
- Formación académica en Nutrición, Dietética o estudios relacionados con las Ciencias.
- Experiencia y conocimiento de la industria farmacéutica, nutricional y/o sanitaria en el mercado local, incluidos productos, decisores de CCAA, KOLS y competidores.
- Conocimiento de las prácticas de la industria nutricional/farmacéutica, conocimientos de marketing médico y habilidades comerciales/de ventas.
- Clara comprensión de las necesidades de los clientes y profundo conocimiento del mercado/consumidores/pacientes.
- Capacidad para analizar e integrar datos científicos en una comunicación eficaz del valor de la nutrición para obtener beneficios para la salud orientados al decisor y prescriptor.
- Capacidad para tratar estrechamente con las partes interesadas de alto nivel y establecer relaciones sólidas y sostenibles con KOLs, HCPs y decisores.
- Experiencia de trabajo en un entorno matricial.
- Experiencia de trabajo en entornos con múltiples partes interesadas internas y facilidad de coordinación con ellas.
- Proactividad y capacidad de toma de decisiones en entornos dinámicos. Capacidad de adaptación al cambio.
- Experiencia previa en ejecución de proyectos, nutrición clínica y herramientas basadas en la evidencia.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación (tanto escritas como orales).
- Dominio del español tanto escrito como oral.
