We are looking for
Field Service Engineer who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.
Responsibilities
- Carry out installations, maintenance, and repairs of the assigned territory equipment.
- Maintains the quality of the installations, detects errors, and execute corrective technical actions.
- Reports the data regarding the quality situation of the installations.
- Keeps the physicians informed about the proper functioning of the laboratory facilities.
- Provides basic technical training after the installations of the equipment
- Supports the sales and marketing team with the conferences, exhibitions, demos and workshops.
- Cooperates with the sales representatives with the development of contracts and its implementation to optimizes net sales.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, vocational training in Electromedicine or relevant experience in the industry.
- Native level of Spanish and fluent English
- Knowledge of electronic equipment, compliance with SOP's and WI's
- Strong attention to detail with superb organizational & analytical skills
- Capable of working independently, exercise judgement and solve difficult problems
- Able to explain scientific complex solutions to all publics
