    Estamos conociendo candidatos para incorporar a nuestras oficinas del centro de Barcelona, en la posición de BECARIO COMERCIAL Y DE MARKETING en la que te ocuparás de:


    SOPORTE EN LA GESTIÓN DE CLIENTES Y LOYALTY


    Objetivo:

    Mantener el LTV de los clientes creando una relación de confianza entre la marca y el cliente mediante una atención comercial personalizada.

    Servicio de atención comercial al cliente con objetivos de conversión y resolución de incidencias.
    Onboarding de clientes
    Soporte en la gestión de de sms e e-mailing.
    Soporte en la gestión de pedidos e incidencias.
    MARKETING

    Objetivo:
    dar soporte al E-commerce manager con el objetivo de mejorar el engagement en todas las plataformas.
    Aportarás creatividades para las comunicaciones orgánicas, de pago, e e-mail.

    Además llevarás a cabo un calendario editorial con actividades en nuestras redes sociales como community manager junto al ecommerce manager.

    Diseño de creativos (Canva,...)

    para:
    FB e IG ads
    Stories y feed de Instagram
    Mailing
    Web

    COMMUNITY MANAGER
    Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar las redes sociales de la marca
    GESTIÓN WEB Requisitos mínimos

    • Realización de un convenio mínimo de 6 meses
    • Actitud comercial y de venta.
    • Gusto por el trato con el cliente.
    • Conocimiento de herramientas de edición (canva, etc)
    • Gusto por la estética y la escritura (copys).
    • Interés en la cosmética y el mundo healthcare
