As a Backend Developer at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionising the food-tech sector by empowering restaurant owners to take control of their delivery experience. You will become an integral part of our mission to empower restaurant owners, drive innovation in the food-tech sector, and shape the future of our core product.

• Building API integrations for leading national and global delivery partners
• Work on complex algorithms to help restaurants optimise their operations and food offering
• Structuring procedures as asynchronous tasks using queues to create performant and scalable solutions.
• Help choose new technologies and frameworks to tackle problems
• You might even be in touch with customers directly, as you are keen to hear what you can improve

• Backend developer with relevant experience working on large code bases
• Knowledge of Python is a major plus
• At least 4 years+ commercial coding
• Experience with building Web/REST APIs
• You write clean, maintainable, type annotated, test covered code
• We don't tell you what to do, you are the expert and you welcome giving and receiving feedback
• You enjoy collaborating with a team
