    Position Description

    Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE)
  • Organizar reconocimientos médicos y formaciones en materia de PRL
  • Revisar las evaluaciones de riesgos y documentación preventiva
  • Completar y hacer seguimiento de la planificación preventiva
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las actividades de seguridad mensuales de la compañía
  • Coordinar con el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno (SPA) y la Mutua
  • Coordinar con las Empresas de Trabajo Temporal (ETT), Universidades y escuelas para prácticas
  • Otras tareas administrativas propias de la gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la compañía
  • Soporte en materia de PRL a todos los departamentos de la empresa
  • Soporte administrativo a otros departamentos en caso de ser necesario

    Requisitos:

  • Formación: Técnico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (intermedio o superior)
  • Experiencia mínima deseable de 1 año
  • Conocimientos de Office 365, deseable en plataformas de CAE
  • Inglés medio-avanzado
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
  • Disponibilidad para viajes puntuales
