Job Description:

Position Purpose

Major / Key Accountabilities

Effectively lead the OT cyber security patching program and capable of negotiating effective outcomes to protect MV/ML aspect of the OT cyber security environment.
Manages collaboration and relationships with several IT departments, like Plant Infrastructure and Security, with the goal of achieving seamless execution of BAU patching program.
Provide regular feedback and communication of the status of BAU patching program to Global Process Engineering and IT Management.
Can deliver the necessary results with little supervision and oversight.

Qualifications:

Essential_
Computer Engineering Degree or equivalent
Desirable_
PMP Certification or equivalent

Experience

Essential_
5+ years of experience managing a team of software developers or testers.
5+ years of Program Management experience in a Matrix Organization, managing coordination with different multidisciplinary teams in a joint effort to carry out projects.
Experience in conducting leadership level communication and presentations.
Desirable_
23 years of experience in development of big and complex software packages.
Experience in Software Testing for big and complex software packages.
Experience in development of tools to automate tasks and processes.

Skills and Knowledge

Essential_
Proven leadership skills.
High Project/Program Management abilities.
C++ programming capabilities.
Excellent communication ability.
Development / Testing team Management.
Ability to operate with little supervision.
Presentation skills at executive level.
Desirable_
Multithread programming.
