Job Description:

Team Leader Asset Productivity Solutions - Central Asset Management Europe


MATERNITY LEAVE

Location:
Spain (Madrid), UK (Manchester), Italy (Milan) or Portugal (Lisbon)


Reporting to the Manager 3rd Party Outsourcing Solutions and Recovery - Europe, as part of a central European Team, you will help coordinate 3rd party auditors and service agents.

You will have the exciting and challenging opportunity to ensure our pallet assets are collected, adding value and reducing waste and contributing to our digital transformation of the supply chain.


Position Purpose:

  • Be part of a Central European Team
  • Support the Digital Transformation of the Supply Chain
  • Support change management plans to transfer the digital strategy and implement and agree with local CHEP departments
  • Support and further development of the Delphi algorithm and it ́s extension to optimize contacts and increase collections
  • Support SalesForce integration & workflow
  • Partner with a range of internal & external teams across Europe.
  • Analyse and validate data sources; understand and agree key metrics and outputs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and improve productivity.
  • 3rd Party service visit and audit fulfilment and compliance within countries responsible.
  • Execute Country Plans to improve performance.
  • Continual improvement to support processes, add value & reduce waste.
  • Maintenance and alignment of SRL database
  • Manage SRL performance.

Major/ Key Accountabilities:
- implementation of Asset Productivity Projects & Strategy

  • Responsible for stock & flow metrics & improvements at Delphi & SRL locations in scope.
  • Plan and execute c. 45k 3rd party field visit support across countries responsible for and ensure that all fulfilment & compliance levels are achieved and focus on performance, data cleansing & alignment, escalations, and account delegation. Support waste reduction plan with CPM.
  • Act as gatekeeper of all European CPM audit and service visit incidents and escalations.
  • Support training plans and compliance measures to maintain quality of 3rd. party agents to agreed SLA's.
  • Support all Zero Harm initiatives cascading ZH processes within own scope and to 3rd parties.
  • Support direct cost & overhead targets for 3rd party service agents.
  • Attend EU Field and local Asset Management meetings.
  • Support the prioritisation of contact options including visits and calls at SRL locations across Europe.
  • Monitor RPs and country performance of Minor D's in countries of operation.
  • Provide cover to other team members as per Work Instruction at time of absence.
  • Liaison with Logistics and Operations to ensure recovery optimisation and to achieve SLA targets.
  • Build positive relationships across CHEP countries, at different levels of the organisation, to ensure objectives are achieved.
Some pan European travel and the need to work outside normal office hours


Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience of 1st line management
  • Knowledge of Retail and Distribution networks and Supply Chains
  • Sales / Account Management / customer facing experience.
  • Commercial experience, process improvement & operational experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to operate within Multifunctional organisation delivering solutions for each Region.
  • Contribution to the development of work instructions and processes.
  • Ability to work within different cultures and effectively communicate key messages effectively at all levels within the organisation across Regions.
