- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the competitiveness of compensation and benefits.
- Implement and suggest updates to global compensation policies.
- Lead specific compensation projects globally as required.
- Collaborate on and implement the global job architecture project in the region.
- Educate stakeholders on the new job catalogue and grading methodology.
- Supervise the administration of compensation structures.
- Align compensation practices with business performance.
- Implement and monitor performance-based incentive programs.
- Manage employee benefits programs effectively.
- Assess and enhance benefits offerings to meet evolving employee needs.
- Participate in global mobility initiatives.
- Support local HR teams in coordinating with mobility vendors.
- Support local recognition efforts and global recognition program.
- Develop communication strategies to highlight the value of rewards programs.
- Provide training on best practices in rewards programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers efficiently. The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of Compensation and Benefits principles and practices.
- Experience in global markets, preferably in diverse cultural settings.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
- Advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
- Ability to conduct independent research and present insightful recommendations.
- Driven by results and a collaborative team player.
- Capable of earning trust and contributing to decision-making processes.
