Are you a superstar Social Media Performance Marketer, ready to lead the way forward in building high-performing campaigns across the social media channels of our client? As a digital-driven marketing company, we are actively seeking a pivotal role to drive their 2023 growth strategy, a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of their social media performance initiatives to help drive traffic, conversion, enhance their brand reputation, nurture existing clients and maximize ROI across their social channels.


More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:

  • Company's interactions with the public through social media platforms using a unified voice.
  • Endtoend management of performance marketing activities across social media channels and working closely with their PPC partner agencies to implement, optimize and report on performance.
  • Execution of paid social media campaigns with a strong focus on paid facebook advertising as key driver
  • Handling their social media presence ensures high levels of web traffic and customer engagement with a focus on paid tactics.
  • Understand competition and use best practices to drive demand and conversion especially through facebook advertising.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Set specific objectives and report on ROI ( followers, Engagement, Noise, Traffic and conversion)
  • Work closely to the head of Luxury Brand and Content to publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Collaborate with other teams, like sales, strategy, content, brand to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Ensure the budget is spent across social channels efficiently.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues to gain a deep understanding of their customer segments across profiles and geographies, constantly incorporating customer insights into your digital marketing strategy and optimization.
  • You will partner with their Head of Creative and Branding to develop and leverage engaging content in pursuit of continuous innovation in the lead generation & engagement driven activities.
  • Being highly datadriven and analytical, you will optimize campaign performance and efficiency, creating visibility and reporting on agreedupon KPIs. Recognizing that all prospects are not equal, you will identify the value of different customer segments to incorporate into your lead generation ROI targets.
  • Monitor Website performance and SEO and web traffic metrics
  • You will be responsible for the endtoend lead generation experience driven by social media campaigns, including landing pages, lead form optimization, and realtime optimization, including their Website experience.
  • Beyond a strong customer focus, you will have an acute focus on the competition and innovative real estate companies worldwide to stimulate your lead generation ideation.

Job Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Paid social media Channels.
  • Experience in Social Media Strategy and Execution.
  • Experience in multichannel strategy and ability to connect the dots.
  • Datadriven and solid analytic mindset.
  • Hands on experience in content management and paid social campaign execution
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, good knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in building a structured plan and following up on it
  • Competency in Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint, and google suite equivalent. Comfortable with the use of online tools.
  • WordPress and photoshoot competencies are a plus.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Ability to understand quality content in line with a strategic goal and ability to drive external freelance work.
  • Strong team player and collaborator.
  • Fluent English is a must; conversational Spanish; other languages are a plus
