- Process and monitor customer orders, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and work towards improving On Time Delivery performance.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, investigate root causes, and prevent recurring issues.
- Handle invoice management and disputes in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable team.
- Manage the processing of credit notes accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments like Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Tech Service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and routing to the appropriate departments.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand sales agreements, proposals, and orders.
- Fluency in French, English, and a third language (Italian, German, or Dutch) both written and spoken.
