We are looking for a
Financial Controller for an international Chemical Company based in Logroño that manufactures additives for various industries.

Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and processes for the plant
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost savings
Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes
Monitor actual performance against budget and provide regular updates to plant management
Participate in the development of financial strategies to support the plant's overall business objectives
Collaborate with plant operations to ensure proper inventory control and cost management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2+ years of experience in financial management in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, prepare financial reports, and make recommendations based on findings
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
