WHAT YOU'LL DO:


As Career Development (CD) Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us manage our career development activities for our worldwide staff.

In close cooperation with the CD team, you will be responsible for supporting the global career development cycle, specifically the feedback collection process.

You'll also manage the scheduling and preparation of Client Focus CD committees, handling of materials, as well as creation and maintaining of online and other resources.

Building on your growing experience, you will help us drive our global initiatives forward.

You will assist CD Managers with management of CD steps, e.g. in Workday, and with scheduling and logistics of CD committee meetings. You will prepare CD templates and materials for CD committee meetings and help maintain CD data and reports. You will create texts, materials and presentations and help with managing documents.


In addition, you will support a variety of tasks such as: presentations, mailings, maintain and improve databases and coordinate schedules and meetings of the global team and execute small projects.


YOU'RE GOOD AT:


  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills

  • Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

  • 1+ years of professional experience within a serviceoriented company
  • Experience either within HR/people team, or in a consulting firm (or any other professional services company)
  • Experience of supporting development and implementation of new talent, performance, or promotion processes preferable
  • Experience in all standard MS Office software products and digital collaboration tools
  • Experience of Workday is a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • Desire to learn and contribute to a global team via a growth mindset
