WHAT YOU''LL DO:

Role and responsibilities:

Partnering with the Knowledge Team to identify and address critical knowledge needs
Reviewing knowledge products, ensuring that they are current and relevant, and updating them when appropriate
Building and updating new topic/sectorrelated customized knowledge products (proprietary databases, primers, greenhorn guides & tools)
Actively managing and maintaining credentials and knowledge management site content Contributing to content development around the building materials topic

YOU''RE GOOD AT:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is appreciated
Working with a global team in a multicultural environment and in a matrix organization
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
Strong organization and project management skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks & stakeholders in parallel

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Relevant work experience (less than 1 year) ideally within the building materials related business and/or consulting projects

YOU''LL WORK WITH:

As a Trainee Knowledge Analyst - Building Materials you will collaborate with our Building Materials Knowledge Team to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. Knowledge Team members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.
The position is limited to 1 year.
