- Offer 1st and 2nd line IT support to our global workforce
- Represent the department positively in interactions with internal stakeholders and occasionally external vendors
- Maintain optimal functionality of Audio-Visual equipment in meeting rooms
- Participate in diverse 2nd line projects
- Conduct basic and advanced troubleshooting tasks
- Handle service requests like onboarding/offboarding processes, software installations, access management, and mobile device support
- Ensure timely logging, updating, and resolution of service desk tickets within SLAs
- Prior experience in an IT service desk role or similar position
- Proficiency in software and hardware issue resolution
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Mac OS, and Mobile Device Management
- Experience with Windows Autopilot/Intune
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in user management through Windows Active Directory, including password and permissions management
- Ability to support various network peripherals such as printers and AV equipment
- Capability to provide mobile support for iOS/Android devices and familiarity with mobile MDM software (desirable)
- Skilled in cultivating and nurturing business relationships
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure and time constraints, demonstrating strong organizational skills to manage a demanding workload

What's the role about?
We're on the lookout for a talented Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for all global service functions via phone, email, and service desk portal.
The Global Service Desk Team consists of six dedicated Service Desk Analysts and a Team Leader, delivering comprehensive IT support to all Indicia Worldwide staff.
