Activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding customers' system and proposing solutions using as many ADI components as possible.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the customer and ensuring fast responses.
  • Training customers on Analog Devices' solutions and products and presenting at seminars.
  • Training Product Lines, Sales, and Applications on customer's system requirements.
  • Run evaluation systems/boards, being able to provide onsite customer lab support.
  • Working together and coordinating activities with the Account Managers, driving customer's technical support activities and coordinating actions with Marketing and Product Lines.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with Product Lines, Marketing and Application teams. Providing regular inputs and updates to help the definition of new products.
  • Providing regular inputs on opportunities/designs wins and losses.
  • Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in electronics engineering, preferably MSEE or PhD
  • 35 years of analog experience at board/system level or previous experience as Field Application Engineer or similar role will be an advantage.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask many projects and set priorities. Able to organize activities in an independent way.
  • Team player, outgoing personality with a 'cando' attitude. Capability to present to and work with all levels of Management, Sales, and Engineering

  • Good lab measurement and debug skills.
  • Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English and local language.
