- For our Material and Process Development Team in the Technical Systems Department for Blades, we are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated engineer to develop materials and processes for repair solutions on blades. The department is responsible for the full validation of blade repairs, and technical support during blades reparation and maintenance activities.
- You will be joining a multicultural team with employees based worldwide; Denmark, Spain, Canada and India.
- Scope the qualification of repair materials for testing and process application methods
- Drive and influence the direction of the technical scope of projects on several material topics
- Write various documentation types such as material specifications and validation reports
- Provide technical guidance to graduated/advanced engineers
- Actively contribute to the resolution of the root cause of field issues that are related to materials
- Possess a M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science or similar. Having knowledge and experience with materials from wind power, automotive or aerospace industry is a prerequisite.
- You are self-driven with a problem-solving attitude, with a structured and detail oriented approach to your work, and you are able to handle simultaneous assignments without losing the overview
- You have fluent English level both written and verbal
- You are willing to travel when required
