    YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

    You will be leading one of the multiple international product teams building one of our most important digital marketing assets, you'll contribute to the website.

    Your product team plays a central role in an Agile Release Train (ART), responsible for the frontend enablement and tooling for key components of the website, defining the customer-facing experience, presenting the brand and our vehicles online, continuously improving performance and developing and maintaining a high-class technical environment .

    Your mission is to enable other product teams of the ART to build best-in-class products across a shared library of components.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner with a strong background developing large scaled consumer facing applications, with a deep understanding of front-end development combined with a strategic mindset to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions. You should apply if:

    • You have experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on front end technologies and you are or you'd like to switch to a Product Owner role.
    • You are familiar with any of these techinologies: , React, Typescript, Javascript, TDD, DDD,Design Systems, DevOps, CI/CD, Micro Services, AWS, TypeScript, NodeJs, ReactJs, Angular
    • You are a person that deeply cares about the product,asuccessfulteam and the business outcome of the product.
    • You have a master'sdegree in a business and/or IT related subjectand at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner and hands-on development previously.
    • You can claim proven successin the field ofdigital products and business modelsin a startup or a corporation.
    • When we ask you aboutagile, data and customer drivendigital product developmentyou can talk for ages.
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and passion for creative solutions and new approachespushing the productfurther.
    • Youcan leada team with a visionbutalso work hands on withall membersto reach the next best step for the product.
    • You are a team player being part of an agile team, actively taking care of team cultureand morale.
    • Youarecapable of handling matters beyond the team in ascaled agile environmentis a bonus.
    • Our company language is English, so you should speak itfluently.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Your main responsibility as a Technical Product Owner is the enablement of your product team:

    • Coordination of the set-up, maintenance and enhancement of a shared page skeleton and component library (e.g., for product and team-specific components) in close cooperation with the Porsche Design System Team.
    • Provisioning of frontend testing framework with your Product Team.
    • Cooperation and coordination of a common vision together with the Product Management Team.
    • Enforcing a data and customer-driven product development process along agile principles.
    • To act as a servant-leader for the cross-functional teamconsisting of Software Engineers, UX Designers and Scrum Master.
    • Defineand manage the Product Backlogandinclude the team in the decision processes.
    • Intensive collaborationwithProduct Managementand other POsacross global locationsto lever the product's potential within our ecosystem
    • Develop a product visionand a strategy togetherwith Product Management.
    • Managing stakeholdersand setting up product roadmapstogether with the central Product Management.
