As a Technical Support Engineer, you will

  • Maintain, implement, and support a high availability server infrastructure.
  • Advise MSPs on workload migrations strategies including the optimal migration tool and methodology considering workload profiles and underlying network infrastructure.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to drive awareness and prioritization of MSPs feature requests and service adoption blockers and effectively communicate status with the customer and account team.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Interact daily with other engineers to provide technical action plans or take ownership of cases that require escalation.
  • Problem solver and team player:
  • Ability to solve difficult issues with little supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and all levels of management.
  • Be focused on Spanish market

What we are looking for

  • Strong MS Windows Server 2019/2016 implementation, troubleshooting and support.
  • Experience managing Linux servers.
  • Configure and manage virtual infrastructure technologies, such as Xen, VMWare or Hyper-V.
  • Must have a good understanding of domainlevel services such as DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Active Directory services.
  • Experience with automation and scripting such as Ansible, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Team oriented, collaborative and easy to deal with.
  • Spanish native speaker and fluency English is a must.
  • Employee must be based in Madrid and be legally able to work in Spain.
