Empresa lider en el sector ubicada en Alicante, busca un Land Manager para que esté ubicado en Valencia y gestione la zona de Levante.
TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Gestión y supervisión de los diferentes "Land Finders/Gestor de terrenos" y/o corredores locales de la compañía, siendo responsable de marcar las directrices de búsqueda de terrenos a los mismos.
Análisis de potenciales emplazamientos viables medioambiental y urbanísticamente para la realización de una instalación fotovoltaica: Trabajo de búsqueda, contacto y cierre de oportunidades de negocio.
Gestión de Contratos de Arrendamiento de terrenos: Supervisión en la negociación y gestión con la Propiedad y cierre de contratos hasta la total consecución de superficie necesariaReport semanal de los avances realizados (terrenos identificados, estado negociaciones propietarios, etc.)
Coordinación con el equipo legal de la compañía
Coordinación con el equipo del Dpto Medio Ambiental/Urbanístico de la compañí
Coordinación con el departamento de Ingeniería de la compañía.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Ingeniería Técnico (Industrial, Agrónomo, Forestal o similar)
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en la identificación, negociación y adquisición de terrenos, preferentemente en el campo de las energías renovables.
Se valorará conocimientos en sector fotovoltaico.Se valorará la gestión de equipos.
Disponibilidad para viajar. En la fase de búsqueda de terrenos, la persona deberá viajar una media 3 días semanales.
