About the role:


As part of the Research Department, the position of Senior Scientist Clinical Studies will have the following mission: to analyze, interpret and communicate clinical data; contributing and participating as a scientist in all areas of the company that require his deep knowledge.

As part of the Research Department, the position of
Senior Scientist Clinical Studies will have the following mission:

To analyze, interpret and communicate clinical data; contributing and participating as a scientist in all areas of the company that require his deep knowledge.

The main functions and responsibilities of the position will be as follows:

  • Statistical data analysis of clinical studies
  • To review, analyze and interpret data/results related to clinical studies
  • To write scientific reports and documents, including scientific publications
  • Management of clinical databases.
  • Participation in the design of clinical projects
  • Participation in preparation of documentation for conducting clinical trials (protocol, ethics committee documentation, reports, etc.)
  • Participation in the followup and monitoring of clinical trials

Qualifications and skills:


  • Preferably a PhD in the field of health sciences, with >6 years working experience in branch related to nutrition and / or health, preferably in an international company or within academia
  • High level spoken and written English (minimum C1), with sufficient fluency for the presentation of data and writing of scientific articles/reports.
  • Working experience on biostatistics in clinical studies, demonstrating management of statistical programs such as SPSS/R/STATA.
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpret results from clinical studies.
  • Expertise in writing scientific reports/publications
  • Knowledge in database management
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Knowledge in followup and monitoring of clinical studies.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and legislation applicable to clinical studies and databases.

Nice to have:
experience in one or more of these fields: microbiota/probiotics, cardiovascular health, metabolic syndrome, immune system, obesity, bone health. As well as computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
Infrequent travel internationally, with location either in Granada or Madrid
