- mettre en place et accompagner les projets des clients de catégorie 3 (potentiel jusqu'à 10K€ annuel)
- premier point de contact pour toutes les questions des clients de catégorie 3
- favoriser l'adoption de nos solutions pas nos utilisateurs (démo, animation webinaires)
- assurer la qualité de l'expérience client et contribuer à maintenir et dépasser les attentes des clients
- assister nos Customer Success Managers dans les différentes étapes des projets
- contribuer à détecter et consolider les retours clients, trouver des solutions à leur(s) problème(s), gérer leurs éventuelles réclamations
- participer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes pour mieux répondre aux demandes clients
- préparation de rapports et d'indicateurs de performance clés spécifiques aux clients
- maintenir une étroite relation avec les clients et les organismes financeurs pour veiller au suivi de la prise en charge des dossiers
- mise à jour des tableaux de bord formation
- tu es un excellent communiquant, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, en français et en anglais (la maitrise d'une 3ème langue est un réel atout).
- tu disposes d'une réelle capacité d'évaluer, de hiérarchiser les projets simultanément impliquant différentes parties prenantes.
- tu as un "digital Mindset", de fortes capacités d'analyse et de très bonnes compétences en MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- tu es indépendant et avez un réel talent d'organisation
- tu es proactif, aime travailler en équipe et souhaite acquérir rapidement de nouvelles connaissances au sein d'une équipe forte et dynamique
- Une expérience dans le secteur de l'éducation ou du SaaS est appréciée mais pas indispensable
- Une affinité pour les langues et les nouvelles technologies digitale

Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Success Specialist talentueux(se) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique au sein d'une entreprise EdTech en pleine croissance.
L'équipe Customer Success accompagne nos clients dans la mise en place et l'intégration de notre plateforme digitale d'apprentissage des langues. De l'initiation du projet au déploiement et à l'évaluation, l'équipe travaille main dans la main avec l'équipe commerciale et les services globaux.
En tant que Customer Success Specialist, tu assisteras nos Customer Success Managers dans toutes les phases du projet et traiteras les demandes de nos clients.
