Job summary
We are seeking a passionate strategic results-driven Head to lead Employer Partnerships for the Finance sector within the Talent & Careers team at IE University.In this role you will be responsible for shaping managing and expanding IE's Finance employer ecosystem with a strong focus on boosting employability across finance sub-verticals and driving meaningful connections between top talent and leading organizations.

- Employer Partnerships Strategy Business Development Design execute sector strategy segmented Finance sub-verticals Investment Banking Private Equity Venture Capital Asset Management Corporate Finance Wealth Management FinTech Real Estate Finance etc Identify market gaps proactively generate demand IE talent targeted employer engagement Create maintain robust Account Plans strategic employers ensuring visibility pipelines planned actions performance metrics opportunities program Conduct market analysis anticipate hiring trends ensure alignment employer needs
