Create and maintain automation tools for network and security infrastructure team.

Working at NTT
You will be part of the team responsible for system tools administration of our network and security infrastructure.

You will be in charge of the maintenance and development of those tools in order to ensure the success of our infrastructure teams regarding the SLA required by the client and the improvement of the quality of the service.

Your mission:
-
Operate on internal tools and set up production:
You will be part of a team composed of Developers and Systems Administrators.

You will be in charge of automation tools administration on operating networks for a major group company.

You need to master our developed internal tools to ensure their maintenance in operational condition, assist internal teams, and the development of additional functionalities.

You will be the point of contact for the Automation team in charge of new tools development and network operational teams.

You will investigate complex issues in order to find the root cause and define an action plan for improving the stability and availability of the service.

Your development skills will contribute to the success of the team activity.

You are a team player, your autonomy will allow you to anticipate and be a force of proposal to contribute to the improvement of your environment (processes, tools, communication, etc.)

You will accompany the automation team to get new tools into production.

Service Improvement:

You will be a force of proposal and actively contribute to process improvement, technical and non-technical, and contribute to the reinforcement of client satisfaction.

You will also contribute to the training and development of the technical expertise of the team, and the improvement of the internal work method and with the different teams inside the contract.

What will make you a good fit for the role?
Engineer degree or equivalent, you already have 3 years of experience minimum in a network and security environment.

Technical knowledge of the following technologies is mandatory:

DevOps: continuous implementation: Jenkins, GIT, GitLab, GitHub, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker
Cloud: AWS, Azure
Scripting: Shell, Power Shell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Javascript
Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu)
API REST
Data Base: MongoDB, MySQL, Redis
General knowledge about networks (TCP/IP)

The knowledge of the following technologies would be a plus:
Centreon, Spectrum, Zabbix, SNMP, Splunk, and knowledge of ITIL methodology.

You are at ease in the Agile environment (especially with Scrum methodology).

Personality:

Strong communication skills depending on interlocutor level
Stress Management
English and local language are mandatory
