As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for new business acquisition for a very well-known global digital marketing product. You will receive a portfolio of SMB clients who have never used digital marketing products before and it's your task to contact those business via outbound calling. Identifying decision makers, listening to their needs and qualifying leads for the sales team is part of your main focus. Besides this you will complete your own market research and find potential business clients that you can approach. This is a very target driven sales role that involves B2B outbound calling, where you will be engaging with high potential advertisers, listening to their needs and subsequently persuading them to incorporate a range of marketing products into their current marketing strategies.
The successful Lead generation Specialist has:
Fluency in Swedish and English
Previous B2B sales and/or lead generation experience
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
Experience in sales force or similar system is a plus
The interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls so no need to come to Barcelona until you are successful Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: taxi to the airport in your home country, flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona and 4 weeks accomodation on arrival. Furthermore there is a fantastic onboarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accommodation and help you settle in your new city.
