- Conseguir la producción según la planificación definida en todas las plantas productivas (gestionar los recursos necesarios, controlar el calendario, hacer previsión de los útiles necesarios, etc.)
- Asegurar la calidad de los productos y materias primas (revisar los protocolos de calidad, atender las NC internas y de clientes, etc.).
- Resolución de incidencias (gestionar con el departamento comercial y de logística las incidencias referentes a tiempos de entrega, intervenir en la coordinación de los equipos para la resolución de problemáticas técnicas, etc.).
- Trabajar por la mejora continua del departamento y de la organización (seguimiento de indicadores de producción y creación de planes de mejora, valoración del equipo a cargo para definir planes de formación, hacer propuestas de mejora a la dirección de operaciones, etc.).
- Tienes experiencia gestionando una planta productiva de estampación.
- Conocimientos de SAP y QlockView.

Empresa de origen familiar, que está en la segunda generación. Realizan dos tipos de tecnologías industriales: estampación e inyección de plástico. Su mercado se orienta al mundo de los electrodomésticos y la automoción. Se posicionan frente a sus competidores basándose en la flexibilidad y la orientación al cliente. Cuentan con una complejidad productiva (ya que tratan con más de 3000 referencias de producto de estampación y más de 500 referencias de plástico). Se trata de un entorno muy técnico. Tienen presencia internacional contando con dos plantas más a nivel internacional.
