    Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

    About the role


    Step into the heart of our Operations at Reckitt Spain within our Graduate Program in Supply Services - Logistics. In this pivotal role based in Lliçà de Vall, where our Warehouse is located, you'll blend leadership and strategic insight to steer our warehouse activities towards excellence. With us, you'll grow not only our products' journey but your career too, as part of a vibrant team in an environment ripe with opportunities for progression. It's an exciting chance to take ownership and leave a real mark on our operational success.

    Your responsibilities


    In summary, you'll:

    • Develop and lead initiatives to drive down costs while improving our operations.
    • Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to enhance daily operations and performance analysis across key distribution metrics.
    • Implement and oversee a coherent strategy for warehouse operations that aligns with our organisational goals.
    • Foster strong relationships within the Supply community, contributing to impactful project outcomes.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Bachelor's Degree related to Business, Logistics, Operations... certified in Europe (due to local employment legislation)
    • 6 months internship (ideally in FMCG companies)

    Languagues

    • English: Advanced/fluent
    • Spanish: Advanced/fluent

    Skills

    • Strategic thinker, able to craft effective channel strategies with successful product planning.
    • Ambitious in execution, always pushing for operational excellence.
