    Job Description

    BOSCH SO is looking for a motivated E-commerce Specialist to lead the creation of an E-commerce Excellence Hub in Barcelona. This person will have a key role in enhancing the customer experience on our online platforms, taking BOSCH's online presence to new levels. We need someone enthusiastic, determined, and ready to take our e-commerce operations to the next stage.

    As an E-commerce Excellence Hub Specialist (EEHS), you will be instrumental in driving the success of our online sales platform by actively contributing to product listings, keeping them updated and optimized. You will also be in charge of ensuring a smooth customer journey. This position demands a solid grasp of e-commerce platforms, excellent written communication abilities, and a keen interest in the Automotive sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in creating and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms.
    • Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
    • Generate reports and insights on customer experience and market trends.
    • Manage product listings and data for accuracy and relevance.
    • Keep abreast of market trends and customer preferences, offering proactive suggestions to enhance our offerings.
    • Collaborate with various teams to implement strategies for better e-commerce performance.

    Desired Requirements

    • Prior experience in an e-commerce environment.
    • Excellent written communication skills in your native language, crafting compelling product descriptions and customer communications.
    • Interest in the Automotive industry and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
    • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and deriving meaningful insights.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for precise product listings.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce setting.
    • Excellent written communication skills in your market language (German) for creating engaging content.
    • Interest in the Automotive industry and dedication to following industry developments.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret data effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Proficient in German (C2 Level) and English (C1).

    Additional Information

    Annual total compensation for this role is € gross.
