- Contact potential clients to advise them and subsequently close the sale of the different available products (courses, accommodation, activities, ...) taking into account their motivations, needs and interests.
- (Gain) extensive knowledge of all products and services available and adapt them to the needs of the client and guarantee their satisfaction
- Provide all the information required by the client, resolve their doubts and incidents arising within the sales process.
- Track customer requests and queries proactively.
- Customer loyalty ensuring the correct fulfillment of the phases/deadlines/marked commitments.
- Processing reservations, modifications, cancellations and resolving of incidents.
- Carrying out all administrative tasks associated with the position.
