As a Global Due Diligence Analyst, you will support the Global Due Diligence Team leader in implementing Grifols' Global Due Diligence program, in close partnership with other Compliance representatives, Osborne Clarke Head Office in Barcelona, Business Divisions and Grifols' affiliates.


What your responsibilities will be

  • You will conduct due diligence assessments for risk mitigation and business decision making on global third parties (companies and individual partners).
  • You will recognize, record, and resolve due diligence red flags.
  • You will compose due diligence reports.
  • You will conduct annual compliance assessment and close out of third party providers.
  • You will monitor and audit ongoing third party compliance activities and deliverables.
  • Additionally, you will support a range of compliance activities, namely: compliance risk assessments; compliance process development, documentation, and implementation; compliance monitoring and auditing program; other ad hoc compliance projects.

  • You have a bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience. Experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred.
  • You have strong ethics, concern for standards, and desire to help others do the right thing.
  • You must be fluent in Spanish and English (Proficiency).
  • You have the ability to conduct audits with guidance.
  • You have familiarity with global anticorruption (e.g. FCPA) and antitrust laws and regulations.
  • You are able to develop a presentation and present to a small group
  • You have the ability to deliver basic training live or electronically and draft basic policies and procedures with guidance
  • You have the ability to support investigations with guidance
  • You have the ability to work independently and you have strong attention to detail
  • You have the ability to identify risks and analyze data for patterns and inconsistencies
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and with partners around the globe

Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
