Como Product Designer acompañarás en la definición y en la gestión de los distintos proyectos de diseño, productos digitales y evolución de los diferentes sistemas de diseño.
Participarás en las fases del proceso de diseño:
research, análisis, definición, creación de wireframes, mockups, iteración en prototipos (buscando validación a través de test de usuario) con el propósito de generar experiencias digitales.
Contribuirás a mejorar la experiencia y usabilidad de las diferentes soluciones de Mercadona. Ejercerás tu trabajo en diferentes equipos multidisciplinares.Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el ámbito del UX/UI Design / Product Design - Manejo de herramientas de diseño: Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD - Conocimientos medios de Ofimática - Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes -Disponibilidad para viajar
Conocimientos específicos
Se valorará experiencia/conocimientos en: - Desarrollo de tareas en un entorno ágil de colaboración (Scrum, Kanban) - Data Driven Design - Sistemas de diseño - Habilidades de comunicación, presentación y relaciones interpersonales
Tareas
- Participar en las fases del proceso de diseño junto con un equipo multidisciplinar - Definir flujos de usuarios, maquetas de baja y alta fidelidad, especificaciones de interacción detalladas y prototipos para comunicar la interacción y el diseño de forma eficaz - Gestionar los proyectos junto al cliente interno, desde la investigación, el análisis del requerimiento de negocio, el diseño de producto hasta la puesta en producción con desarrollo - Garantizar el uso de nuestro sistema de diseño - Impulsar una visión de diseño centrada en el usuario y ayudar a implementar procesos de diseño avanzados - Poner al usuario en el centro de cada experiencia, basándote en los conocimientos de la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa
