Please note this position is based in Barcelona and you will need to have your residency here or close to Barcelona.

Join our global Intercruises Operations Team in Barcelona as an Airport Transport Coordinator.

As an Airport Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with Airport authorities to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and maintain a good relationship.

You will assist and oversee the development of Intercruises airport staff and supervisor and the executive training program. Create and maintain strong relationships with all service providers to improve communication and leverage future partnership opportunities.

ABOUT THE JOB
To prepare in office all the operational material such as manifests, arrivals list, breakdowns, etc.
To coordinate with TRN Hub any transportation needs for the PRE, TRN or POST operation.
To deal with airport stakeholders such as AENA, Transeaba, Airport Authorities.
Booking the counters needed to run operations at the airport
Oversee the operation at the airport on Turnaround day
To keep communication with the port about potential flight delays or incidences affecting the arrivals.
To complete the POST-Operation reports
To validate the staff hours and prepare invoicing reportsABOUT YOU
Good administration skills, strong planning, organization and technically savvy.

High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead.

Previous team management experience would be highly desirable.
Soft skills (empathy, team builder, communication skills and good listener).
Able to develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
Highly responsible and customer oriented.
Able to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
You are fully conversational in English and Spanish, any additional languages like German, Dutch, French, Polish are very helpful.
