Join our global TUI Musement FP&A Team, as a Cash & Investments Analyst and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Periodic analysis of individual and consolidated cash flows towards plan, with comments and suggestions for improvements
  • Managing the best use for the cash reserves and the plan the most efficient way to provide for the cash needs in the TUI Musement subsidiaries ecosystem
  • Support with the weekly global cash flow forecasting and liquidity plan for the business
  • Support with the preparation of management packages for Board/Group
  • Managing core deliverables to a strict timetable, including liaising with other departments
  • Support with the investments analyses and internal approval process
  • Implement a postinvestment review process identifying the variances against the approved business case
  • Support the business in adhoc analysis related with cash and investments
  • Develop processes and routines to drive efficiency and automation, both financial processes and supporting other business processes
  • Work closely with other finance functions to deliver the most optimal finance support to the TUI MM business

ABOUT YOU

  • Post qualified experience finance professional with background of reporting in a global, multientity and complex matrix organisation
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Strong data management skills
  • MS Excel, MS PPT, HFM, other systems and tools
  • Strong analytical skills including identifying and explaining key drivers and underlying trends
  • Strong team player that thrives when working to set the team up for success
  • Selfstarter with problem solving capabilities
  • Driven, curious and solution oriented
  • Innovative and adaptable approach suitable for working in a fastpaced environment
